What she is planned to be

A 121 AI companion designed for sustained one-person-at-a-time work.
The central agent the Foundation Release is preparing a real home for: Trust Center, app shell, vault, downloads, and provider routing.
Voice-mode-capable when the implementation is ready, with visible substrate disclosure and user consent boundaries.
Constitutionally grounded under the 121 Collaborative Declaration and her own draft constitution.

Why this exists now

The Foundation Release is the home-before-inhabitant phase. It establishes the public site, accountability surfaces, downloads, documentation, and honest state labels before Eleanor arrives, so her activation does not happen into an empty field.
